What size are COCO beads?

2.6 mm mini beads — small enough for fine detail, with short colour codes that print neatly inside chart cells.

Why is COCO the default palette for Chinese?

COCO 291 is the most popular mini-bead system in China, so the Chinese interface defaults to it — you can switch brands any time.

Fine-tune in the editor, export a printable chart with colour codes in every cell, and take the shopping list straight to your supplier.

How it works

Upload a photo

Drop in any image — a person, a pet, a logo or pixel art. Remove the background with AI and crop to the subject. It never leaves your browser.

Tune the settings

Set the pattern width in beads, the colour count and the palette. Turn on dithering for smoother gradients, or remove the background for shaped patterns.

Export your chart

Check the bead counts and the per-colour shopping list, export a PNG chart, or open the editor to refine by hand.
